What Does this scan Result Mean?

Hi, Can someone please explain what the following really mean: There is inversion recovery hyperintensity and T1 hypointensity within the patella medially and within the lateral femoral condyle laterally with mild signal heterogeneity of the medial patellar retinaculum? Thank you

It may suggest that you have a contusion of the medial aspekt of patella with the lateral condile of the femoral bone and some damage of the retinacukum of patella but nothing to wary about. Or it may be done chronically by patello-femoral impingent which means that when you have a malposition of the patella (for example patella alta). If there are no other lesions you will have not to wary.
